Delete your account

What we delete

• Your account profile (name, email, login identifiers).
• Support messages tied to your account where possible.
• Personal identifiers on your account record (anonymized after deletion).

What we may retain

• Order and payment records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling (personal fields are anonymized where possible).
• eSIM provisioning identifiers required by network providers for already-issued plans.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Active eSIM plans remain usable until they expire; deleting your account does not refund unused data.
